THE STUDIO

The studio is built around a custom built D.A.W (Digital Audio Workstation) at the centre of which is a "Quiet P.C" Pentium 4 computer (3Ghz - 3Gb of RAM). This is loaded with a creamware "Luna II" and "Pulsar II" audio interface & processing cards and a Steinberg VSL2020 ADAT card.

Visual monitoring is provided by a pair of 19" flat screen monitors and audio monitoring (stereo/5.1) by Genelec 1029a's.

We have a selection of tube, analogue & digital pre amps, a collection of microphones, many guitars (electric, acoustic, bass & banjo, variax and roland synth) and amplifiers.

We also have a massive Software & Sample library including fxpansions new BFD drum software (nearly 40Gb of drum samples) which is the closest thing to real kit we've ever heard!

We have also just taken delivery of Universal Audio's UAD-1 pluggin card which gives us access to the "yesteryear" sounds of Pultec eqs, LA-2A and fairchild compressors in the digital environment!
